The site "Dedicated to memory of Igor Talkov…" was created to give exact and true information about life and creation of Russian singer, poet and composer Igor Talkov. This is full non-profit-making project. The site is being updating thanks to visitors mostly.

| History of creation |
The site "Dedicated to memory of Igor Talkov…" was created by two suitors of Igor Talkov in 2001.
|
In the fall of 2002 the site was remade completely.
|
In 2005 own forum was changed to a universally famous forum phpBB, which gave more abilities for comfortable intercourse between visitors.
|
In March of 2006 short English version of the site was created.
